Overview

I joined the PRG in 2015 as a PhD candidate, evaluating the psychosocial and behavioral outcomes of offering women their personal polygenic breast cancer risk result. Prior to joining the PRG I graduated with a Masters of Genetic Counselling from Griffith University in 2013, and worked as a genetic counsellor in both clinical and research roles. Along with my PhD research I current also work part-time as a genetic counsellors in a clinical genomics unit.
My research interests include the psychosocial aspects of genomic testing and the design and evaluation of interventions in the cancer genetic counselling setting.
